Dr. Pec Indman is a internationally recognized expert in the field of mental health related to pregnancy and postpartum.  She works with clients experiencing fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, depression and anxiety during pregnancy or postpartum.  She has a private psychotherapy (counseling) practice in San Jose specializing in treatment of depression, anxiety and mood disorders that occur when women are:


  1. Pregnant or during the prenatal stage

  2. Postpartum-the first year after the baby is born

  3. While planning a pregnancy or attempting to become pregnant

  4. Faced with fertility challenges

  5. Grieving a loss during pregnancy or soon after

  6. Dealing with a premature or ill baby


Dr. Indman is the Chairperson of the Education and Training Committee of Postpartum Support International (www.postpartum.net) and speaks all over the world.  As an invited participant, she contributes to several federally funded programs on the topic of pregnancy and postpartum mood disorders.
